Printable mazes for 5 year olds
Pitched at five: a little more maze than a kindergarten sheet, with the corridors still wide enough to follow with a finger and dead ends that end quickly rather than leading a child astray. Free, no signup, and every download includes the solution.
Loaded at Easy, 10 squares across. Change either below.

Questions, answered
Is this the right size for a five year old?
For most, yes. Ten squares across keeps the corridors wide and the route to roughly thirty squares, which is about one sitting. If it goes too quickly, push the slider to 12 or 14 before you touch the difficulty.
What is different from the kindergarten mazes?
Only the size. The kindergarten page loads 8 squares across for the very widest corridors, this one loads 10. Both use the Easy setting, where a wrong turn dies within about five squares so a child gets quick, clear feedback.
Can I print a different one each time?
Yes. Press New maze for a fresh layout, as many as you like, free and without an account.
